881: Pian Han Ruo Xue

"This is a matter beyond doubt. The Domain of Death is a mysterious and dangerous Domain; it is not within your jurisdiction. Since you dared to step foot here without permission, you will inevitably be bound by the harsh rules of the Heavenly Dao here," Han Ruoxue said solemnly, her vermilion lips parting slightly.

"Yang Lingchen, I really didn't expect that after so many years, your appearance hasn't changed in the slightest," Han Ruoxue murmured softly, a hint of surprise and emotion flickering in her eyes.

"Haha... Am I still that handsome, elegant, and dashing?" Yang Lingchen's lips curled up slightly, revealing a confident smile as he asked with a laugh.

"Stop being so full of yourself," Han Ruoxue replied with a slight pout, a faint, imperceptible blush creeping onto her face.

"Aren't you still as beautiful and moving as ever?"

Yang Lingchen teased, his eyes filled with admiration.

"By the way, why are they hunting you down?"

Yang Lingchen's expression suddenly turned serious as he asked with concern.

"Those people are from the Death Temple. They are the Dominators of this Universe. Anyone who offends them will be hunted to death."

"I accidentally killed one of their envoys, which is why they've been chasing me all this way."

Han Ruoxue's tone was calm, as if she were recounting something perfectly ordinary.

"If you want to rule this region, you must deal with the people from the Death Temple," Han Ruoxue said, her expression turning solemn.

She knew the strength and methods of the Death Temple all too well; offending them would surely lead to a bad end. If Yang Lingchen hadn't saved her, she might have been captured just now.

"Don't worry, with me here, you'll be fine. I'd like to meet this Death Temple myself."

A hint of interest sparked in Yang Lingchen's eyes. Over these past ten million years, he had always been invincible, and he felt somewhat lonely.

Han Ruoxue looked at Yang Lingchen, a warm current surging in her heart. She nodded, a flash of determination in her eyes.

"Let's leave this area first," Yang Lingchen said seriously, his gaze scanning the surroundings.

"Let's go that way! There's a city over there," Han Ruoxue said.

"You lead the way," Yang Lingchen said.

Then, the two of them flew off toward the left.

Suddenly, a group of orderly troops appeared ahead, like a Black Cloud pressing down on a city. They were clad in black armor, aggressive and hideous-looking, like malevolent ghosts from Hell.

At that moment, a middle-aged man with a powerful Aura and sinister eyes flew out like a phantom. His eyes were as cold as frost as he stared fixedly at Yang Lingchen, his voice sounding like ice:

"Stinky brat, who exactly are you? How dare you trespass into the Domain of Death!"

The middle-aged man's voice was extremely cold, as if it could freeze a person, and his sinister eyes emitted a bloodthirsty chill.

Yang Lingchen didn't bother to speak. With a wave of his right hand, a massive amount of energy, carrying an ancient and desolate Aura, instantly covered the army before him.

Immediately after, the army turned to ash at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Yang Lingchen, I didn't expect your strength to be so great," Han Ruoxue's eyes widened in shock.

At the same time, a hint of regret rose in her heart. If she hadn't broken off the engagement back then, Yang Lingchen would be her man.

"Alright, stop being surprised. Take me to the Death Temple," Yang Lingchen said.

"Mhm." Han Ruoxue nodded, then led Yang Lingchen toward the Death Temple.

She could tell that Yang Lingchen's strength was immense because she could sense it from the Aura he emitted; such a powerful field was far beyond what the Master of the Death Temple could compare to.
