"Aren't you dead? Are you a human or a ghost!" Physician Chen's brow furrowed, his expression becoming hideous.

Physician Chen clenched his fists and couldn't help but retreat several steps.

The Dagger he had been holding was gone, and facing the blood-covered Nan Qingyue, he couldn't help but feel panicked.

"I'm human, of course. How could I be dead?" Nan Qingyue's face was dark, but a smirk played on her lips.

Physician Chen retreated several steps and gasped, trying to steady himself.

It was because of this smell that Physician Chen had assumed Nan Qingyue was dead, but now she was standing perfectly fine before him.
