"What the hell is this flame?!" He muttered, his brows furrowed.

Although he had a tough body, stronger than some divine metals, he felt the flames were just hot. However, they seemed to have the ability to damage directly by bypassing his physical body’s defence and doing some true damage.

The runes floating in the chamber flared in response to the golden flames, and Apollo noticed something peculiar—each rune seemed to resonate with the flames, amplifying their intensity.

The flames surged again, their brightness intensifying. Cracks began forming on the icy barrier of his lunar law as the golden fire pressed in relentlessly.

Apollo’s mind raced. He couldn’t rely solely on defence; the flames were too overwhelming. He needed to take control of the situation.

"Fine, bring it on." He knew the lunar law alone wasn’t enough; he needed to bring out more, and instantly, he brought out his five-element laws.

The five-element law is also quite special, as any laws within the five elements will be suppressed in front of it. It might not be as ferocious as a single fire law or sharper like metal, but its balanced approach without any weakness makes it special.

The golden fire is very strong and powerful; even the lunar law cannot protect him alone, but the moment the five elements law appeared, the situation changed.

The oppressive heat receded slightly, as though the flames themselves were confused by this sudden, unyielding force. He stood at the centre of this fusion, his aura emanating balance and unshakable resilience. In fact, it steadily seemed to suppress the flames and be pushed back.

This change seemed to agitate the golden flames as it seemed to be alive. The aura within the chamber started to climb, and the heat from the flames seemed to reach unimaginable heights.

The agitated golden flames right in front of him seemed to turn into a golden crow, and with a screech, it came towards him, flying, bringing endless destruction to the sun.

Apollo’s gaze sharpened as the golden flames twisted and turned into the form of a massive golden crow. Its wings spread wide, each feather burning like a fragment of the sun, casting blinding light and unbearable heat throughout the chamber.

As the crow soared toward him, its blazing form left the space burned and left a trail of molten gold in the air as if the very concept of destruction followed in its wake. The sheer intensity of its approach caused cracks to spread across the obsidian floor, molten lava seeping from the fractures.

The golden crow opened its beak, unleashing a torrent of golden fire that surged toward him like a river of molten sunlight. The flames roared with the heat of the sun, bending space itself as they hurtled toward their target.

He reacted instantly. Not only did the Five Element Law flare, but he also used his space laws around him, forming a sturdier barrier of energy that was many times stronger.

"Not enough," he muttered, his eyes glowing faintly with silver and gold. "You’ll have to try harder."

The golden crow, its form still surging with destructive might, screeched in frustration. The living embodiment of golden flames flapped its massive wings, sending out another relentless torrent of flames. This time, however, he was prepared.

With a sharp motion, he extended his hand, and the space law around him flared brightly. The air rippled, and a shimmering void formed in front of him, mixed with five elements and lunar law swallowing the oncoming flames. The void twisted, bending the golden flame’s path and redirecting it harmlessly into the surroundings.

He then stepped forward, the ground solidifying beneath him as his aura surged. With a wave of his hand, the space around the golden crow warped. The crow’s charge faltered as its body was caught in a web of spatial distortions, each thread binding it tighter.

It thrashed violently, the flames of its body burning brighter in an attempt to break free, but Apollo’s control over the space law was meticulous; the moment it burned the space, he would create another layer around it, trapping it there.

"Time to end this," Apollo declared, his voice steady and confident.

The silver glow of the Lunar Law intensified, fusing seamlessly with his spatial laws. The ethereal moonlight seemed to sap the golden flames of their unrelenting heat, cooling them just enough to weaken the crow’s resistance.

At the same time, Apollo unleashed the full power of the Five Elements Laws and eternal sword aura, their harmonious balance forming a glowing sword of multicoloured energy in his hand.

The sword exuded an overwhelming presence, radiating harmony and destruction in perfect equilibrium. Each element—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—intertwined along its edge, while the serene glow of the different laws within the Eternal Sword aura reinforced its cutting force.

The golden crow thrashed violently within the spatial bindings, even under the relentless suppression of Apollo’s power. It refused to yield, screeching in defiance as golden flames surged from its core, attempting one final desperate burst of energy to escape its constraints.

But he wouldn’t give it a chance as he stepped forward, the molten lava beneath his feet solidifying with each step as his aura surged. With a single, fluid motion, he slashed downward. The sword of multicoloured energy tore through space itself, leaving a shimmering trail of elemental and lunar light in its wake.

The sword struck the golden crow directly and seemed to split the flames.

A deafening slash echoed through the chamber as the crow’s flaming body split. The golden flames that once radiated overwhelming heat and power now splintered into streams of pure energy; their chaotic force rapidly started to disappear, leaving only a small golden flame that seemed to have lost all of its power.

"Phew." He took a deep, calm breath, seeing this seemed to have ended. Apollo finally felt relieved, and he moved forward to look at the golden flame it left behind.

Although it seemed now an ordinary item, he knew it wasn’t an ordinary item. He may not know about flames, but he was sure it was a natural heavenly flame that is the rarest flame treasure in the universe.

He calmly came to the small golden flame and tried to pick it up with his hand.

Apollo extended his hand cautiously, his fingers hovering just above the small golden flame. Despite its subdued appearance, the flame emitted a faint warmth that seemed to resonate with his very soul.

As his fingers brushed the golden flame, a sudden jolt of energy coursed through his body. His eyes widened as the flame reacted to his touch, flaring briefly with a soft, golden glow.

The chamber trembled slightly, the molten floor beneath him cracking faintly as the energy from the flame pulsed outward. Now although the flames were hot, it wasn’t unbearable; in fact, he felt a warm, soothing sensation as the flame seemed to enter his body.

It seemed to have lost most of its energy, but when it entered his body, he seemed to merge with it. He felt the aura of flames, and his understanding of fire law within the five elements law seems to have somewhat increased.

But sadly it doesn’t have the previous destructive burning power of the sun. However, he felt that it was slowly absorbing his divine power and was steadily becoming stronger. Given time, it should be able to regain all of its power and maybe even become stronger than before.

In a minute, he fully fused with the flame as it seemed to become part of him as a small golden flame appeared in his hands.

"You have the power of the sun, so from now on you will be Golden Sun Flame," Apollo murmured, looking at the golden flame in his hand.
