27: Chapter 27 Blood-Spotted Eagle
Everyone inside the secret realm looked up, their eyes filled with shock.
"What the hell? Finished? It's only been a few minutes, damn it!"
"Su Lin?! Who is he?! I've never heard that name before. He's not from the elite class!?"
"The first bottle of peiyuan liquid is gone already? That's too fast!"
In another part of the secret realm, Ma Zonghao listened to the broadcast.
He suddenly drew his sword, looking around in bewilderment.
Before his team stood two dying ferocious beasts.
Ma Zonghao had originally intended to deliver the killing blow with his long blade, but he now stood frozen in place.
"Impossible!! How could anyone be faster than us!?"
"And it's… Su Lin!?"
"How could it be him… Isn't his Qi and Blood Realm…"
"And he's alone!?"
"He's cheating! What the hell!"
Ma Zonghao couldn't believe it; the blade in his hand began to tremble.
He felt as if his worldview had collapsed.
Only seconds ago, his team had been almost certain they would be the first to complete the mission.

Zhang Tuyuan and Teacher Tan Nan watched Su Lin on the screen, a flicker of light in their eyes.
"Impressive. What kind of martial technique is this?"
"I see small arcs of electricity in his attacks."
"Could it be a lightning-attribute martial technique?! Where did he get something so rare?"
Teacher Tan Nan clicked his tongue in wonder and turned his curious gaze toward Zhang Tuyuan.
Zhang Tuyuan, however, wore an expression that said, 'Don't ask me, how would I know?'
"Su Lin, have you really been hiding your strength all these years?"
"Was there any need for that?"
Doubts began to surface in Zhang Tuyuan's mind.
If you told him Su Lin had become this strong in just a few short days, he wouldn't believe it even if you killed him.
The only logical explanation was that Su Lin had been hiding his strength for the past few years.
But Zhang Tuyuan couldn't figure out the reason, no matter how hard he racked his brain.
Suddenly, a piercing screech came from the screen, instantly breaking Zhang Tuyuan and Teacher Tan Nan's train of thought.
"What's wrong?"
A blood-red shadow suddenly appeared on the screen.
"This is!"
Zhang Tuyuan and Teacher Tan Nan's pupils contracted involuntarily.
Su Lin, who had been about to leave, suddenly frowned slightly and looked up.
A large, blood-colored eagle was circling in the sky, emitting a startling screech.
"A Blood-Spotted Eagle? This is a ferocious beast from the inner circle of the secret realm. How did it get out here?"
Teacher Tan Nan asked, puzzled.
"Could it be that these three ferocious beasts were all chased out by the Blood-Spotted Eagle?"

They immediately recalled that the path Su Lin had taken was already covered in traces of blood.

On the screen, the Blood-Spotted Eagle let out an angry howl. It truly seemed determined to fight to the death.

Su Lin instantly grasped the situation and looked at the large eagle.
Su Lin didn't show the slightest fear. With a calm and indifferent expression, he watched the large eagle flying in the sky while sipping his milk tea.
The large eagle had a ferocious appearance, its body more robust than two grown men combined, and its two massive talons took up half its size, looking terrifying.
But what was there to be afraid of in a creature that couldn't even kill those three beasts after chasing them for so long?

If he underestimated this Blood-Spotted Eagle, he could even be in mortal danger.

The large eagle in the sky instantly transformed into a blood-red afterimage and attacked. Before it even arrived, the sound of it breaking through the air had already swept over.

In the blink of an eye, the Blood-Spotted Eagle had reached Su Lin, its two ferocious blood-colored pupils staring fixedly at him.
At the same time, its terrifying talons clawed viciously toward Su Lin's neck.

Having failed its strike, the Blood-Spotted Eagle flew back into the air, its pupils filled with a hint of surprise as it looked at Su Lin.
Su Lin rubbed his neck.
Although the Blood-Spotted Eagle hadn't touched him, his skin felt a stinging pain.
The sharpness of the Blood-Spotted Eagle's talons was unimaginable; even from a distance, it had caused his skin to break.
"It seems I underestimated you."
Su Lin took a sip of his milk tea, a serious look appearing in his eyes.
He shook the milk tea in his hand. There was very little left—only a mouthful or two.
"I'll finish you off by the time I finish this milk tea."
