146: Section 146

"The situation is clear, Doctor. I need to remind you that this year's sacrifice begins next Friday!"

"But..."

"The ritual is what matters most, Doctor... Has the guest list been finalized?"

"Fine, you're right! As for those five people, don't worry. Our people have been watching them for over two years; I can guarantee there won't be any issues!"

"That's good. Again, the ritual takes priority above all else... As for that Asian demon hunter, treat him as if he doesn't exist for now!"

...

London's weather in the twenty-first century is basically no different from the last century.

That ancestral damp cold, much like the temperament of this country, always carries a sense of pretentious oiliness.

Su Ming pulled up the collar of his dark red trench coat with a hint of discomfort.

Right in front of him was the Leaky Cauldron.

With a casual wave, he first released Pipi Xi, whose simulated personality had just been activated.

Pipi Xi looked around with a face full of curiosity:

"The Leaky Cauldron? It's already 2024, and I didn't expect it to still be so dilapidated... The stubbornness of wizards is truly..."

Hard to describe, right?

What a coincidence.

Su Ming thought so too.

However,

complaining was one thing.

In reality, the two were curiously analyzing the Muggle-Repelling Charm right in front of them!

The Muggle-Repelling Charm, a field-buffing type of magic.

It seemed ordinary, but in Su Ming's eyes, it was a marvelous spell that highlighted the concept of [Expulsion] and was extremely targeted at the [Muggle] population!

"It's very marvelous, and very idealistic..."

"The wizarding system is naturally a bit idealistic... So, this world is quite interesting, isn't it?"

"It is indeed interesting... However..."

Diagon Alley No. 1

However, what?

Pipi Xi only sneered and remained silent.

Su Ming knew exactly what was going on.

It was nothing more than Hexi's interest being piqued only for her to be stood up; the "stopped at the peak" Hexi was expressing her anger on the spot...

That was all.

Just Hexi, no big deal.

Toss a few high-end research topics her way, and it would surely pass!

"The Diagon Alley Shopping Festival you mentioned, could it... be related to the abnormal spatial readings nearby?"

Pushing open the dilapidated wooden door, he stepped into the pub.

Su Ming said as he walked:

"That's the Mirror Dimension. If I'm not mistaken, the shopping festival organized by Ms. Granger should be in the Diagon Alley within the Mirror Dimension."

"Mirror Dimension..." Pipi Xi paused, indicating she hadn't heard of such a term.

Su Ming didn't mind.

The Earth Star of the Super God Universe barely had some settings from the Marvel Universe mixed in.

However, because of the existence of The Avengers.

The related fictional works there were always blatantly kissing up to The Avengers.

Kamar-Taj and the Sorcerer Supreme Ancient One simply didn't exist.

It was normal for Pipi Xi not to know.

With a thought, he shared the Marvel Setting Collection with Pipi Xi through the Dark Matter Computing Cloud.

Only then did Su Ming look around with interest.

Unlike its simple exterior, the interior of the Leaky Cauldron was decorated in a very trendy style.

Soft ambient lighting, elegant piano tunes, and the pub was even lit with magical incense from the East.

It no longer resembled the dirty and messy stereotype; perhaps because the atmosphere and style had improved, even the wizards in the pub looked much more normal.

The arrival of Su Ming and Pipi Xi attracted quite a bit of attention.

But out of caution,

no one took the initiative to approach them.

There were plenty of sneaky glances and hushed whispers in the background.

Approaching the bar, Hannah, who exuded a strong motherly vibe, beamed and immediately gave an elegant, slight bow:

"Welcome! Welcome to the Diagon Alley Shopping Festival, honored guests who have traveled from afar!"

"Interesting." Flicking her silver hair, Pipi Xi asked curiously, "Little girl, you seem to know quite a bit about our origins?"

A corner of her eye twitched.

Little girl?

Merlin's beard, what kind of address is that?

A flash of spiritual light appeared in her eyes, and in the next instant, Hannah's professional expression completely crumbled.

"An angel?"

No!

More than that!

This was an angel possessing divinity!

What was even more bizarre was that

this angel before her was terrifyingly pure—the kind of primordial angel that had never been tainted by faith!

With a chuckle, Pipi Xi teased:

"You can call me Hexi. So, calling you 'little girl' isn't wrong, is it?"

"Of course, Ma'am!" Hannah's legs felt a bit weak.

Judging by the aura of age flowing from this angel, calling her a little girl—or even an infant—wouldn't be an exaggeration!

Then...

what about the other person?

Immediately after,

those eyes surging with magic turned toward Su Ming. Phew! Thank goodness, this one is at least human... Hannah was almost in tears.

Overflowing with divinity, praised by the stars!

If such a being could even be called a human!

Hannah quickly looked away and apologized submissively:

"My apologies, sir..."

Tapping the table, Su Ming introduced himself:

"Omar Su. You can call me Omar or Su..."

Pointing to the liquor cabinet behind Hannah, Su Ming plopped down onto a stool:

"Bring us each a glass of good wine, and while you're at it... tell me about the shopping festival, if you would?"

"Of course, sir! It would be my honor..."

Both parties took their seats and chatted about the origins of the shopping festival. During the conversation, Pipi Xi would occasionally ask questions that piqued her interest.

Su Ming was much quieter.

Five minutes later.

Hannah summarized with a smile:

"...That's the situation. Casters from various worlds always gather in March to trade what they have and what they need during the shopping festival."

"Do you two have any other questions?"

Pipi Xi shook her head slightly; with a somewhat stiff expression, she was currently in a state of severe worldview shock, wanting to complain but not knowing where to start.

Su Ming also shook his head slightly:

"I have no more questions, thank you."

"You're welcome. Then... how about I lead you both to the Inner Diagon Alley to join the shopping festival?"

"Much obliged, please!"

"Alright, this way..."

After some pleasantries, Hannah held up her skirt and led the way.

The back door of the pub.

The iconic brick wall.

The trash can that new students always remembered.

And then, tap two bricks down and three across with the wand!

Yes.

Because they were heading to the Inner Diagon Alley,

the "boot password" naturally had to be different.

The wall trembled, and the bricks tumbled.

Su Ming and Pipi Xi watched this scene without blinking.

From their perspective, while the bricks were tumbling, the spatial structure itself was also tumbling and coupling!

Finally!

Accompanied by a gradually stirring organ solo,

a Diagon Alley that was almost a perfect 1:1 replica abruptly entered their sight.

"Welcome to the Inner Diagon Alley!"

"May this shopping festival allow both of you to return fully satisfied!"

"I won't intrude on your enjoyment any further. Farewell!"

...

Hannah took her leave.

Su Ming and Pipi Xi were dazzled by the fantastical scene before them.

Bizarrely shaped buildings that didn't conform to architectural structures at all.

Simulated Golems acting as service staff.

Golden Snitches soaring through the air, which upon closer inspection, turned out to be All-Time-Domain Surveillance Hubs!

Although not as bustling as the regular Diagon Alley, the Mirror Dimension's Inner Diagon Alley had gathered hundreds of Zongwang Players from all over the multiverse!

Su Ming thought that after seeing the bizarre birth races of the Zongwang Players, Pipi Xi would at least show a jaw-dropping expression.

To his surprise...
