191: Chapter 191 This is the true strength of the SWAT team! A complete firepower overwhelm!

Su Yun watched the scene from the other side of the screen, cursing inwardly.

This group of criminals was truly lawless.

He glanced at the system panel; the red countdown was ticking away, second by second.

Su Yun picked up the microphone and spoke directly.

"Captain Lu, stop wasting your breath on him!"

"That bastard is deliberately stalling for time!"

"There are only twenty-eight minutes left until the coffin is sealed!"

"Once time runs out, she will suffocate inside!"

The countdown was like a death warrant.

Upon hearing this, Lu Sen's gaze turned icy.

Without a word, he reached back and drew his service pistol, pointed the muzzle at the sky, and pulled the trigger without hesitation.

"Bang!"

The deafening gunshot echoed throughout the empty valley.

It happened so suddenly that the dozen or so security guards in black in the front row were startled, instinctively taking two steps back.

The walkie-talkie in the fleshy man's hand dropped to the ground.

He widened his eyes, pointed at Lu Sen, and began cursing violently.

"How dare you fire your gun?"

"Do you have any idea whose territory this is? It's the Wang family's!"

"Do you believe I can make you lose that uniform for good?"

Lu Sen didn't even glance at him.

He turned around and waved a hand at the dozen armored vehicles behind him, his voice booming like thunder.

"SWAT Team, dismount!"

"Clear the area!"

The rear doors of the dozen armored vehicles swung open in unison.

Over a hundred fully armed SWAT Team members rushed out, holding black riot shields.

Moving with extreme speed, they formed an assault formation in the blink of an eye.

"Deploy tear gas!"

Several SWAT Team members pulled the pins on the tear gas canisters and rolled them along the ground.

White smoke billowed up, engulfing the dozen security guards in black.

Those who had been so arrogant just moments before were now choking, tears and snot streaming down their faces.

They scrambled around, clutching their eyes and dropping their riot batons.

The SWAT Team members charged forward with their shields, swinging their batons without mercy.

"Get down!"

"Hands on your heads!"

In less than half a minute, all dozen security guards at the first checkpoint were pinned to the ground.

Two SWAT Team members held the fleshy man firmly against the hood of the vehicle.

His face pressed against the cold, hard metal, he continued to curse and swear.

Lu Sen walked over, ripped the walkie-talkie from the man's waist, and then signaled the driver behind him.

"Drive the armored vehicle straight through!"

The lead armored vehicle let out a deafening roar as the driver slammed the accelerator to the floor.

The massive black front end, like an enraged beast, slammed directly into the thick metal barrier.

"Crack!"

With a piercing sound of twisting metal, the barrier—thicker than a man's thigh—snapped in two and went flying.

The convoy surged forward, rolling over the broken barrier and charging toward the hillside.

The viewers in the livestream were fired up, the screen flooded with exclamation marks.

"That was so badass!"

"This is the real power of the SWAT Team! Direct firepower suppression!"

"Those Wang family bastards thought they could block the road? In their dreams!"

"Captain Lu is a real man! That move with the gun was so cool!"

Su Yun stared at the distribution of red dots on the holographic map.

"Captain Lu, there are two more checkpoints ahead."

"There are even more of them, and they've already received word and are preparing to intercept you."

Sitting in the vehicle, Lu Sen holstered his sidearm, his tone fierce.

"Ignore them."

"Just drive straight through!"

The armored convoy barreled along the winding mountain road.

Although the security guards at the second and third checkpoints had received word, mere flesh and blood were no match for the tens of tons of armored steel.

Before they could even set up a defense, they were scattered by the armored vehicles.

They didn't even have a chance to try and block the way.

The convoy proceeded unimpeded, charging all the way to the hillside.

The road ended there, and the convoy came to a halt in a wide, flat clearing.

Lu Sen pushed open the door and jumped out.

Ahead lay the entrance to an imposing mausoleum, flanked by towering pines and cypresses.

However, the entrance was sealed tight by a massive stone door, carved with intricate cloud patterns and auspicious beasts, looking incredibly thick and heavy.

Dozens of SWAT Team members rushed forward with their shields, slamming into the door with tactical battering rams.

"Bang! Bang!"

The muffled thuds echoed across the clearing.

But the stone door didn't budge; not even a speck of stone dust fell.

Lu Sen stepped forward and reached out to touch the surface.

It was cold and hard.

"It's a solid block of granite," he noted.

"At least half a meter thick. Manpower alone won't open this."

He turned and waved to the demolition team behind him.

"Get the C4!"

"Blow this door open!"

Two fully armed demolition experts immediately rushed forward, carrying black tactical cases.

They opened the cases, pulled out the yellow C4 plastic explosives, and began installing them into the load-bearing crevices of the stone door.

Watching this from the livestream, alarm bells rang in Su Yun's mind.

He quickly pulled up the system's X-ray map and zoomed in on the structure behind the stone door.

After seeing the load-bearing structure of the underground tomb, Su Yun shouted into the microphone, "Captain Lu! Stop!"

"You absolutely cannot blow it up!"

Hearing the voice in his earpiece, Lu Sen quickly raised a hand to signal the demolition team to stop.

He turned to the camera and asked, "Master Su, what's wrong?"

"This door is too thick; we can't get in without blowing it up."

Su Yun stared at the X-ray view, speaking rapidly.

"That stone door is connected to the core load-bearing wall of the entire underground tomb."

"If you detonate that C4, the door might open, but the tomb below will collapse instantly!"

"Zhao Xiaoxue is currently trapped in a coffin directly beneath that spot."

"If several tons of rock come crashing down, she'll be crushed into pulp!"

Upon hearing this, Lu Sen broke out in a cold sweat.

He quickly waved for the demolition team to remove the explosives.

He had nearly turned a rescue mission into a tragedy through good intentions.

The viewers in the livestream were also anxious.

"Holy crap, if we can't blow it up, what do we do?"

"There's only twenty minutes left!"

"This door is so thick, we can't dig through it!"

"Those animals from the Wang family built this tomb like an air-raid shelter!"

Lu Sen paced anxiously in front of the stone door, looking up at its massive frame.

"Master Su, there must be a mechanism for this door."

"Can you figure out where it is?"

Su Yun didn't answer.

He expanded the range of his X-ray map, his eyes scanning the architectural structure around the stone door inch by inch.

These Feng Shui practitioners loved to hide tricks in these kinds of ornaments.

He first ruled out the pines and cypresses on either side, then the stone tiles on the ground.

Soon, Su Yun's gaze settled on a spot a dozen meters to the left of the stone door, where a tall stone lion stood.

The lion had its mouth wide open, holding a round stone ball inside.

The X-ray map showed that the stone ball was connected to a thick steel rod inside.

The rod extended deep underground, directly controlling the hydraulic lock of the stone door.

Su Yun tapped his finger on the desk.

"Found it."

He spoke into the microphone, "Captain Lu, walk toward your left."

Lu Sen immediately followed Su Yun's instructions, striding to the left of the stone door.

"Do you see that stone lion?"

Lu Sen looked up at the two-meter-tall statue.

"I see it."

Su Yun stared at the screen and issued his instructions.

"Reach your hand into the stone lion's mouth."

"Press down on that stone ball."

"Rotate it three and a half turns to the right."
