3: arduous practice in ancestral land
The Ji Family Ancestral Land was situated at the foot of the mountains on the outskirts of the Monster Beast Mountain Range.
In the large courtyard, a special forces training method Ji Mo had seen on TV in his previous life suddenly flashed through his mind.
A plan gradually formed in his heart.
He found a waterfall on the outskirts of the mountain range; its water flowed turbulently and with astonishing impact.
He thought that if he could train there, using the waterfall's impact to temper his Physical Body, he might achieve miraculous results.
He first started below the waterfall, using some basic training movements to skillfully leverage the waterfall's impact to comprehensively train his Physical Body.
He slowly adapted to the powerful impact, thereby enhancing his own adaptability.
After Ji Mo finalized his Cultivation plan, he went to bed early to rest and conserve his energy.
The next morning, Ji Mo got up briskly, still focusing on his primary Cultivation Technique in the morning.
When he was on Blue Star, he read Xuanhuan novels.
He often read about purple Qi coming from the east when the sun first rises, and he wondered if this was beneficial for Cultivation, so he decided to give it a try.
After his Spiritual Qi Cultivation concluded, the subsequent training primarily drew upon special forces training methods, such as high-intensity physical training like running and weighted running.
Ji Mo tied heavy stones he had collected from the Ancestral Land around his waist and began running around the large courtyard of the Ancestral Land.
Initially, he maintained a relatively light pace, but as time passed, his legs gradually became as heavy as lead.
Each step felt as if it would exhaust all his strength. Sweat rolled down his forehead like rain, drenching his clothes.
But Ji Mo gritted his teeth and persisted; he knew that only by constantly Breaking Through his physical limits could he gain a foothold in this world where the strong are revered.
Perhaps it was because the Heaven and Earth Spiritual Qi in this world was extraordinarily rich.
After a morning of intense training, although Ji Mo felt a bit fatigued, after eating some food at noon and resting briefly, his body recovered almost completely.
In the afternoon, Ji Mo arrived at the waterfall. Gazing at the turbulent current, like ten thousand horses galloping, he stepped into the waterfall without hesitation.
The water furiously crashed into him, knocking him down repeatedly.
Ji Mo clenched his jaw tightly, sticking to his Cultivation plan.
He understood that only by doing so could he push every function of his body to its extreme, achieving the tempering of his Physical Body.
Throughout the entire afternoon, Ji Mo did not leave the waterfall by even half a step.
As night slowly fell, Ji Mo dragged his exhausted body back to his dwelling.
After dinner, he continued to Cultivate his Cultivation Technique, using the Spiritual Qi gathered by the technique to nourish his body, accelerate its recovery, and maximize the Cultivation effects.
"Since I've made a plan, I must constantly squeeze every minute and second in the days to come.
Only then can I continuously improve my strength and become a true powerhouse sooner."
Days passed, and Ji Mo consistently adhered to his Cultivation plan.
Under the daily high-intensity training, his body underwent astonishing changes.
When Cultivating Spiritual Qi in the morning, his speed of absorbing Spiritual Qi became increasingly rapid.
The Circulation that once took an hour to complete now only required half an hour.
Moreover, the absorbed Spiritual Qi became more condensed, and the nourishing effect it brought when flowing through his Meridians was even more significant.
During the morning's special forces-style training, the weights that once made his steps difficult no longer posed a significant obstacle to him.
His running speed became faster and faster, and his endurance became incredibly astonishing; after running dozens of laps around the Ancestral Land, his breathing remained steady, showing no signs of fatigue.
And the tempering under the waterfall gave his Physical Body strength a qualitative leap.
Ji Mo could feel that he was getting closer and closer to Breaking Through to the next Cultivation Realm.
In these deep mountains, time seemed to have frozen, making one completely unaware of its passage.
In the blink of an eye, three months had swiftly passed.
During these three months, Ji Mo's life was exceptionally regular.
Every morning, he would wake up early, eat some wild fruits to satisfy his hunger, and then begin his Cultivation according to his pre-determined plan.
His daily persistence finally yielded some results.
First, his body became strong; the so-called "eight-pack abs" and "Dog Waist" from his previous life were now visible on him.
This made his external appearance even more heroic.
What surprised him most was that every morning when he operated his Cultivation Technique, he would sometimes enter a wonderful Realm,
This feeling was like the Unity of Man and Nature described in novels.
He felt as if he had merged with heaven and earth, becoming a part of nature.
At the same time, Ji Mo could feel an unknown message stirring deep within his Soul.
It seemed to want to break free from some kind of restraint, to emerge from its cocoon!
He knew that this might be the "culprit" that brought his Soul Transmigration to another world.
