65: The world's first satellite war!

On the big screen, the information updated by the satellite website was not complex, just a short sentence.

“The enemy’s satellites have been temporarily blinded. The American military’s ‘Eye of Heaven’ will be unable to operate effectively for approximately 10 minutes.”

This website was the satellite intelligence website provided by Long Country.

And did ‘the enemy’ refer to the U.S. Military?

Had the U.S. Military satellites been blinded?

Everyone was first overjoyed, then a little disbelieving.

But Fang Le had already concluded that this was a show of goodwill from his motherland.

Moreover, there was no time to delay.

He immediately ordered, “Quick, order Qin Feng’s Armored Independent Regiment to collectively drive out of the underground base and move a certain distance away.”

“Give them only 2 minutes!”

Since the Independent Regiment had always been on standby, there wouldn't be much delay, so 2 minutes was enough for them to complete the evacuation, though it was unlikely that everything inside the base could be moved out.

Fang Le had already breathed a sigh of relief.

Zhao Gang then said, “It’s also possible that the American military’s target is our underground command post. We also need to transfer quickly.”

Fang Le hesitated for a moment, then nodded.

As Fang Le led a large crowd of people noisily evacuating the command post, he suddenly stopped.

This caused everyone behind him to halt.

“What’s wrong, Chief?” Special Security Officer Yan Ruyu and Commander Ouyang of the Guard Regiment asked in unison.

Fang Le turned around and walked back, explaining as he went.

“If the United States’ satellite system can truly be blinded for 10 minutes, then we absolutely cannot miss this window of opportunity!”

“Because now will be the best time for the American military’s intelligence to be unilaterally transparent to us.”

“It will be difficult to find such an opportunity again in the future!”

“And the equipment for commanding operations is all in the underground command post.”

Yue Hanshan, Zhao Gang, Luo Hui, and the other three division Commanders naturally understood and also rushed back.

Ouyang immediately became anxious, “Chiefs, although the timing is indeed precious, we must also be prepared. What if that bunker-buster bomb is heading for the command post… At least Commander, you must not go back.”

Fang Le was about to say something when Yue Hanshan and others also stated, “That’s right, Commander-in-Chief, you cannot be harmed. Please rest assured… Even if we are affected by a giant armor-piercing shell, we may not necessarily die.”

Fang Le realized that Yue Hanshan and the other high-ranking officials in the command post were all high-level synthetics who would not easily die, so he had to compromise.

Under the protection of Yan Ruyu and Ouyang’s Guard Regiment, he temporarily moved to another location.

Yue Hanshan and the others, however, returned to the large operational screen in the underground command post.

Yue Hanshan issued an order to the entire army: “I am Army Commander Yue Hanshan. The entire army, listen to my command.”

“All long-range artillery units, including missile units, and units with small drones, prepare for battle. Fire a round of artillery towards the specific urban coordinates sent by the command post… I will not call a halt, and no one is allowed to stop until this batch of your ammunition is expended!”

Yue Hanshan’s meaning was very clear.

Previously, due to being monitored by the ‘Eye of Heaven’ and the Anti-War Army’s long-range artillery capabilities being inferior to the United States, they were very frugal in the use of artillery, etc.

Now, that concern was gone.

And Zhao Gang added another point.

“I am Political Commissar Zhao Gang. All infantry ground units can also seize the opportunity to act. Before our bombing stops, continuously harass the American military’s frontline deployments, causing appropriate damage to the American military, but absolutely do not enter the areas deployed by the American military!”

After the orders were given, everyone waited quietly for the moment the spring thunder would erupt.

Soon after, the Anti-War Army’s first round of concentrated fire began.

The ceiling above the command post trembled violently.

On the ground, 3rd Platoon Leader Huang Yanbing, who was hiding in a building looking for an opportunity to take a potshot, was astonished.

He had naturally heard the encrypted command from above through the combat channel.

Then he didn't understand it at all.

His subordinates, naturally, also didn't understand.

Huzi: “Holy crap, Boss, is the command post not sparing firepower this time?”

Their biggest feeling during previous operations was the lack of long-range artillery support from the rear.

Unlike the U.S. Military on the other side, once they found they couldn't chew on a hard bone, they would call for long-range artillery and unleash shells without regard for their lives.

Huang Yanbing inwardly believed that some sudden change in the situation must have occurred, but he didn't have time to analyze it. He quickly ordered, “Listen to the command post’s order. There isn't much time. Now, follow me and collectively rush out of the building to the American military’s foremost front line. As long as you don't get within 50 meters of the American military’s front line, choose any target to attack.”

“Yes—!”

All the soldiers were both joyful and excited, like frolicking rabbits.

After all, their combat style had been too stifling these past two days.

Thus, everyone in 3rd Platoon changed their previous hiding tactics, left the building, and quickly arrived at a nearby American military defense line.

At this moment, that defense line was in chaos due to being bombarded by the Anti-War Army’s long-range artillery fire. The American military’s officers, soldiers, and vehicles were dodging like headless flies.

Haha, this is great.

Huang Yanbing and the others then raised their guns, locked onto targets, and fired at will.

At this distance, they didn't even need to use sniper scopes; almost every shot was accurate, and a large number of U.S. Military soldiers were hit and fell.

While the Anti-War Army suddenly displayed divine power and slaughtered all around, the U.S. Military’s Joint Military Operations Command was already in utter chaos.
