Finally reaching the Boss Room, the four looked around. Besides seven or eight airships flying in the sky, on the ground was a gbl cultist in white robes, surrounded by a crowd of ordinary Cultists, circling a mass of flesh, researching something.

"Clear out those Cultists first, then take down the airships slowly!" Xiao Hongyuan commanded decisively.

A Fei picked up a Prophecy Book and said, "Now all four books are collected. It seems we can unravel that prophecy or whatever."

Before the four could respond, a dense barrage of artillery fire suddenly rained down from the sky, hitting Jian Wuxie directly.

Jian Wuxie was hit over a dozen times in an instant, his HP dropping to the bottom. Terrified, he quickly used Death Defiance to pull his health back and started chugging potions.

The group looked up to see a pitch-black airship in the sky with two gun barrels protruding from underneath, firing bullets with a 'rat-tat-tat' as it flew.

"Looks like that's the boss!" Xiao Hongyuan said.

"I'll go hit that flesh!" Quan Wudi shouted, immediately attacking the mass of meat protruding from the ground.

As the vibrations spread, the airships in the sky, including the black boss, indeed descended to the ground.

Xiao Hongyuan and A Fei immediately rushed forward. While running, Xiao Hongyuan shouted, "Brother Quan, you and Junior Brother clear the ordinary airships. A Fei and I will take the boss!"

Quan Wudi nodded, and various projectiles were thrown toward the airships.

Quan Wudi and Jian Wuxie reacted quickly, attacking the mass of flesh together.

With a howl and a vibration, the airships that had just taken off descended once more.

A Fei breathed a sigh of relief when he saw the boss descend without leaving the range of his Ghost God Formation.

Jian Wuxie and Quan Wudi took the opportunity to dismantle all the remaining ordinary airships and were about to support Xiao Hongyuan and A Fei.

"Also, thank you for clearing out the monsters in Polar Day. Once you've made the device, I think you can head to the Second Spine to see if you can track down Rotus!" Ophelia reminded them.
