239: This is good for everyone.

Many things are not as simple as just saying them.

Without action, even the best ideas are just empty talk.

Xu Lian was very clear about this.

Xu Lian did not want to talk about any illusory grand principles.

If you have a dream, go for it; leave the rest to fate.

Even if fate favors you, if you don't work hard, everything will eventually pass you by.

Xu Lian understood this logic very well.

Just like in the past, after Xu Lian got the system, if he hadn't put all his effort into developing Dungeon & Fighter, and if it hadn't been for the promotion by Streamer Lin Shufen at the time, then this game might have been buried in the long river of history.

They say gold always shines.

Xu Lian also agreed with this statement.

But under what conditions can you shine? This is a question worth pondering!

So Xu Lian did not slack off because of his existing achievements; others might think he could already rest on his laurels.

However, only those who truly strive relentlessly can reach the pinnacle and be qualified to look down on the scenery.

For example, Ning Xiangwan, the founder of Beiwo Live Platform, is such a person.

This time, League of Legends became very popular in China, and back then, Xu Lian was streaming League of Legends on Beiwo Live Platform, which, with the game's popularity, instantly made Beiwo Live popular!

Before this, the livestreaming industry was almost monopolized by Douyu, but now Beiwo Live can compete with it!

Thanks to Xu Lian's help, League of Legends helped the unknown Beiwo Live Platform leapfrog to become the second-ranked in China, with all its indicators multiplying several times over.

Bei Wo Company didn't understand why Xu Lian chose them instead of the more famous Douyu Platform, but everyone was grateful, knowing that their current achievements were inseparable from Xu Lian.

It was precisely because of this that Ning Xiangwan treated Xu Lian with almost meticulous care, always considering the interests of Aoyou Tianxia Game Company in everything.

Because he deeply knew that their achievements today were all thanks to Xu Lian; if it weren't for his support, Bei Wo would still just be a small platform.

With a grateful heart, Ning Xiangwan constantly strived to maintain a good relationship with Xu Lian, hoping to get more attention and avoid repeating Douyu's mistakes.

Although he wasn't clear about their specific experiences, Ning Xiangwan knew very well in his heart: following Xu Lian was definitely the right choice.

As the founder of Beiwo Platform, Ning Xiangwan even paid out of his own pocket to advertise Xu Lian's new game, promoting it everywhere!

In his own words, the money he earned now was all thanks to Xu Lian.

Without Xu Lian, he wouldn't have made so much.

He'd give a portion to help Xu Lian, and keep the rest for himself.

This is good for everyone.

Why not?

Smart people don't just see the immediate benefits; they also look at the long term.

Some were happy, others were sad.

Because of Xu Lian, especially the game League of Legends, Beiwo Live Platform truly took off and became a favorite among many players!

It also made it leapfrog to become the second-largest livestreaming platform in China.

This made Douyu Livestream Platform both envious and jealous!

This directly threatened Douyu's position in China, and they instantly panicked.

Seeing the formerly inconspicuous Beiwo Platform now on par with itself, Douyu Livestream Platform was naturally furious!

Going from a former little brother to a current competitor naturally made Douyu feel immense pressure.

If Beiwo Platform continues its strong momentum, who can guarantee that one day Douyu won't lose its top position?

Douyu has always been puzzled: why did Xu Lian's Aoyou Tianxia Game Company not choose big platforms like them, but instead found an unknown Bei Wo?

This also became a headache for them; they just couldn't figure it out!

After all, Douyu is one of the top platforms in China, and to promote a game well, choosing it would certainly be the best option.

After failing to secure extreme speed racer, they thought the opportunity for the second game was still in their hands.

But it turned out that they never intended to give them this opportunity at all!

At first, they said they would try a new platform, which was actually completely abandoning Douyu!

It was obvious that they had no intention of cooperating with Douyu, completely cutting them out.

Watching Beiwo Platform grow stronger and gradually erode its share, some Douyu executives began to gather to discuss countermeasures.

"Everyone, please share your thoughts. If we keep waiting like this, we'll definitely be replaced."

Although Douyu's boss was also curious why Aoyou Tianxia chose Bei Wo and not them, they still had the livestreaming rights for Dungeon & Fighter, crossfire, and minecraft to support them.

Even if he was angry, he wouldn't go too far.

If they completely fell out, it would be a big problem for Douyu!

After all, these games brought too many benefits to Douyu; if they were gone, the entire platform might collapse by half!

The gaming industry is no longer what it used to be; no one watches those boring, brainless games, and most of the traffic has gone to quality games like those from Aoyou Tianxia Game Company.

"How about we hire trolls to attack Bei Wo's Streamers and management? I have a bunch of dirt on them," the operations manager said through gritted teeth. "It would be best if we could take down extreme speed racer and League of Legends together. If we can't get them, we shouldn't let them succeed either!"

As soon as he said this, everyone present stared at him.

Although it was a bit despicable, for the sake of profit, who would dwell on such things?

"Alright, arrange it."

The Douyu founder said coldly.

So, Douyu Platform began to hire trolls to relentlessly smear all of Bei Wo's Streamers and management, digging up and heavily publicizing any scandals related to Bei Wo—

"People actually watch this trash livestreaming platform Bei Wo, I'm speechless!"

"Those Streamers on Bei Wo are simply degenerates; all sorts of people are there!"

"I have firsthand information on several Bei Wo Streamers, DM me if interested!"

"That female Streamer who broadcasts extreme speed racer has done everything, oh; if you need chat records, add me."

"Who needs a scoop? I have a ton of explosive material on Bei Wo Platform's female Streamers, quick, private message me."

"To play League of Legends well, some Streamers dare to use any trick; it seems that those who play this game are not necessarily decent people."

"Beiwo Live? Sorry, I uninstalled it. You tell me, which other livestreaming platform can compare to Douyu? You simply can't find a better one!"

"Why is this unreliable livestreaming platform still so famous? There have always been many bad reviews before; you can find a bunch with a simple search. It's truly laughable!"

"Uninstalled! Goodbye, Beiwo Live! So much trash!"

"......"

Instantly, the internet was flooded with various negative information about Beiwo Live Platform and the two games under Aoyou Tianxia Game Company, League of Legends and extreme speed racer.

However, those who criticized Aoyou Tianxia Game Company spoke more cautiously; after all, they were powerful and not to be provoked casually.
