57: Treasure Dungeon - Treasure Tree

The treasure tree seemed startled and ran in another direction.

However, gun gleams flashed and pursued it relentlessly, and streaks of experience points fell from the treasure tree like stars.

The treasure tree struggled, trying to resist, but it was futile.

Just as the spear was as swift as the wind, a Tang blade slashed down again, sparking against the glazed tree.

A dense shower of starlight experience points dropped!

The Woman in Black Hoodie glanced over, seeing the blade technique, a flicker of surprise crossed her face, but she didn't pay sustained attention. After raising her guard, she continued to attack the treasure tree.

Tang Ping was also surprised by the spear technique of the person before him: "This level of spear technique definitely wasn't practiced after the Doomsday Game arrived."

The mysterious woman in front of him should come from a martial arts family, or perhaps, she was a figure from Blue Star's former mysterious side!

He raised his guard. The opponent hadn't used her Talent yet, but with just her spear technique and physical conditioning, she could probably easily slaughter crocodile demons.

The woman didn't attack; she only focused on chopping for experience points.

Tang Ping also didn't act rashly. If the two of them started fighting, it would only benefit others.

While distracted by guarding against the woman, the Tang blade in his hand was merciless, savagely hacking at the treasure tree.

Suddenly, a fruit dropped, and Tang Ping, quick-eyed and quick-handed, swiftly put it into his bag.

"Hahaha, I found it, there really is a treasure tree!" A deep voice rang out.

From behind a nearby low-rise building, a man wearing a leather jacket and a full stubbled face walked out.

The man, capable of fighting his way into the Treasure Dungeon, certainly had strength. Seeing the man and woman chopping the treasure tree, he immediately narrowed his eyes, full of vigilance.

A long-handled axe appeared in his hand; it was a transcendent weapon.

He swung the axe, clearly not wanting to conflict with the two, only wishing to chop the tree and gain experience points.

But... the Woman in Black Hoodie and Tang Ping, almost without any communication, attacked simultaneously with their spear and Tang blade!

"You!" The stubbled man was shocked and enraged, swinging his axe to resist.

But immediately after, he felt two terrifying forces transmit from the axe to his arm.

Crack!

The stubbled man's arm broke.

The axe was flung away.

Then a chill spread through his chest. The man looked down and saw the long spear piercing his chest.

His forehead then felt hot, and he saw a crimson blade embedded in his skull.

The stubbled man's eyes widened, and he mumbled: "You... bastards..."

Then the stubbled man exploded, turning into a light and shadow before disappearing.

The Woman in Black Hoodie retracted her spear, spun it, and then brought it down on the treasure tree again.

Tang Ping held the hilt of his blade, and for some reason, he also felt a chill in his heart; what a ferocious woman.

At this moment, the two seemed to have reached some kind of tacit understanding: anyone who wanted to share the treasure tree had to get past them first.

A market town

The stubbled man emerged from the golden vortex, his face gloomy.

"Damn you bastards! Don't let me ever run into you again!"

"Damn it, what are you pretending for, do you think wearing a hood makes you a master!"

"Motherfucker, just wait. Sooner or later, I'll split your heads open with an axe!"

The stubbled man was full of resentment. He had finally fought his way into the Treasure Dungeon from a crowd of players, only to raise his level one Talent to second level, and before he could do more, he was killed and eliminated.

Suddenly, he felt someone ambush him from behind.

They were trying to ambush him, ready to pick up the spoils.

The stubbled man's eyes were fierce. A bunch of trash who couldn't even get into the entrance, daring to ambush me!

"Seeking death!"

The long-handled axe appeared, carrying immense force, directly shattering the fireball with one swing. Then the stubbled man erupted, leaping onto the attacker's head.

The long axe fell!

A large head flew up, its eyes wide with terror.

"Pah, trash, still daring to ambush me." The stubbled man scoffed, carrying his axe, and walked away grumbling.

This place was not suitable for staying long. He wasn't like these blind and ignorant people; he knew very well what kind of individuals could fight their way into the Treasure Dungeon.

Although he came out relatively quickly this time, he still had quite a few gains. After trading some transcendent items for b-rank experience stones, he only needed twenty more, and his Talent could be upgraded to Level Three.

Thinking of this, the stubbled man's mood improved considerably.

"If I had known, I wouldn't have gone looking for any treasure tree." The stubbled man thought of those two freaks, feeling even more regret. What kind of monsters were they, to break his arms with a single strike, even with his b-rank strengthen Talent?

The stubbled man left.

Unfortunately, around the golden vortex, it was clear that many players were unwilling to give up and continued to lie in wait, hoping to ambush others to gain rewards.

In the Treasure Dungeon

Tang Ping looked at his SS-Rank Talent, its experience points gradually approaching a thousand, on the verge of upgrading to Level Three, and his mood was excellent.

There was no need to explain how awesome a Level Three SS-Rank Talent was.

A huge rock suddenly rose from the ground and smashed down towards Tang Ping!

Tang Ping's face darkened; someone had attacked him.

He split the boulder with a single slash, his gaze sweeping around. Soon, he noticed a young man standing in a three-story building.

Tang Ping's eyes were cold, but he didn't pursue. The most urgent task was to chop the tree and continue gaining experience points!

No one knew when the treasure tree would slip away.

The Tang blade created afterimages, and the treasure tree swayed. Although it had been attacked for so long, its surface showed no visible wounds.

Only starlight points continuously fell, demonstrating that every attack had landed.

The young man controlling the giant rock this time manipulated stones to smash the treasure tree.

He clearly wanted to get a share by attacking from a distance.

The Woman in Black Hoodie suddenly raised her spear, the shaft vibrated, and the giant rock shattered with a crash!

Then the spear came down, continuing to attack the treasure tree.

"Friend, why be so aggressive?" The young man's face was uncertain.

However, neither of them answered the young man.

There was only the clanging sound of their attacks.

Another volley of falling rocks smashed towards the treasure tree; clearly, this young man was unwilling to give up.

Tang Ping's blade created numerous afterimages.

The Woman in Black Hoodie's spear left streaks of afterimages.

Not a single stone hit the treasure tree.

"Good, good, you want to hog it all, do you? Just you wait!" The young man left a harsh threat.

He turned around, suddenly struck with terror!

Like a rabbit targeted by a lion or tiger, his body stiffened, and his blood seemed to stop flowing.

"Want to tell others about the treasure tree?" Tang Ping's voice drifted over.

"Heh, trash." The Woman in Black Hoodie sneered.

Then the young man's forehead felt hot, his chest felt cold, and he died.

"You, you!" The young man raised his hand, struggling to give them the middle finger.

"Despicable!"

Tang Ping drew his blade and continued to chop the treasure tree.

Not long after!

"My SS-Rank Talent, Red Lotus Demonic Flame, has finally reached Level Three!"
