192: Chapter 192 Wei He's Angry

Wei He accompanied Linlin through the streets and alleys of Nankang Golden Valley. He didn't understand why Linlin loved shopping so much or why she insisted on dragging him along. Even though Wei He was now a World-Shocking Level Ability User, he still couldn't keep up with Linlin's shopping pace.

"Oh, Brother Wei He, walk faster! Why are you so slow?" Linlin turned back, dissatisfied, and urged him.

"Slow down a bit. We've been walking for so long, I'm hungry. Let's go get something to eat first!" Wei He sighed helplessly and spoke listlessly.

"Okay! A new restaurant just opened nearby. Let's go see what's good to eat!" Linlin excitedly grabbed Wei He's hand and pulled him toward the restaurant.

Wei He looked at Linlin in her tight denim outfit—her curvaceous figure and her perky, rounded buttocks. He couldn't help but swallow hard, and a fierce mental struggle began in his mind.

Time passed unknowingly, and in the blink of an eye, the two arrived in front of the restaurant. The plaque above the door bore three large characters: Huixian Pavilion.

Soon, a table of fragrant food was presented before the two of them. Wei He picked up his chopsticks and began to feast, completely failing to notice that at a nearby table, several men who looked like thugs had been staring at Linlin and whispering. Sitting with them was a man dressed entirely in black, with only his eyes exposed and the rest of his face covered by black cloth.

"The Demon Race is running rampant now and has already occupied Kongdi City. The 'Thin Horses' we prepared were detained by them; it looks like they won't survive!" one of the thugs said, patting his filthy clothes. The dust was particularly eye-catching as it shimmered in the sunlight.

"Yeah, Big Brother, it's really not because we're incompetent. The Demon Race is just too powerful. Not only could we not beat them, but even the Magic Empire withdrew its troops. They left so suddenly that we didn't have time to bring the Thin Horses back!" another thug with a scarred face quickly chimed in to explain.

"Those Thin Horses were so beautiful. What a waste. If we could have sold them, they would have fetched a lot of money. Even if we'd just brought them back for Big Brother, they would have given him some fun!" a third thug lamented along with them.

"Hmph, a bunch of useless trash. You can't even bring back a few women. What use are you?" The man in black snorted coldly, his tone filled with disdain and contempt.

"Hey, Big Brother, don't be angry. We did our best. But look, isn't there a Thin Horse right here? Ha!" The scarred thug wasn't angry or embarrassed by the man's words at all. Instead, he spoke with a flattering face, his eyes constantly darting toward Linlin.

"This Thin Horse actually looks quite good. Heh heh. Take her away, and I can act like I don't know about the lost Thin Horses from Kongdi City!" Following the scarred thug's gaze, the man in black looked toward Linlin and was instantly stunned. Linlin's exquisite features and devilish figure made his heart race.

"Alright, thank you, Big Brother! Heh heh heh heh!" Hearing the man's words, the scarred thug smiled obsequiously. Then, he stood up and walked toward Linlin, followed by the rest of the thugs, all wearing lecherous grins.

"Hey beautiful, want to have a drink with us brothers? Heh heh heh heh!" The scarred thug walked up behind Linlin. His eyes were fixed on her rounded buttocks, which were pressed against the stool. A filthy, soot-covered hand slapped down onto Linlin's soft shoulder as he laughed arrogantly.

"Sure! Where are we going to play later? I want to bring a friend, is that okay?" Linlin turned her head to look at the scarred thug, her voice sweet as she smiled.

Hearing Linlin's response, the thugs were both shocked and delighted. Before they could speak, Linlin turned back to Wei He and asked softly, "Brother Wei He, there's going to be something fun in a bit. Do you want to come along?"

Seeing Linlin about to walk out the door arm-in-arm with the thugs, Wei He's face instantly darkened. He slammed his palm onto the table, causing it to shatter into several pieces that scattered across the floor.

Currently, even without using Golden Body Protection, Wei He's physical fitness was no longer comparable to that of an ordinary person. As his Supernatural Ability level increased, his physical strength grew stronger as well.

The crowd was startled by the sudden noise and turned to look at Wei He. His eyes seemed to spit fire as he glared fiercely at the thugs, shouting in rage, "This is too much! I could tolerate the male models or the handsome guys before, but what the hell are these filthy things? You actually... you're way too unpicky, Linlin!"

"Hey, pal, do you know how to talk? If not, shut your mouth and stop blabbing, or I'll beat you until you're looking for your teeth on the floor, you hear?" the scarred thug said menacingly. He had been fighting in the streets since he was a child, and the scar on his face was a souvenir from those days. He feared these refined, pedantic-looking scholars the least. Although the guy had just smashed a table, the scarred thug figured Wei He just had a bit of strength. He had beaten plenty of idiots who were all brawn and no brains.

"Brother Wei He, what are you doing? It's just going out to play, is it really that big a deal?" Linlin pouted her cute little mouth, looking aggrieved as the thugs around her burst into laughter.

"Ignore him, let's go. Big Brother will take you to have a real good time!" The scarred thug chuckled and grabbed Linlin's hand to lead her out. He never dreamed that today's 'Thin Horse' would be so obedient and sweet.

"Wait! Let her go! Take your filthy hand off her!" Wei He's face was flushed red with anger, and his knuckles cracked as he clenched his fists.

"Hey, kid, you're looking for a beating today. Then Grandpa will grant your wish!" The scarred thug sneered and threw a punch at Wei He's face. The other thugs watched coldly; they were used to this kind of thing.

Seeing this, the surrounding diners shook their heads and sighed, lamenting that this young man was about to suffer. Of all people to provoke, he had to mess with this scarred thug, a notorious bully in the area.

Sure enough, a scream rang out—but it wasn't from Wei He. It was the scarred thug. When his fist hit Wei He's nose, it felt like hitting the bridge of a stone statue's nose. The pain was so intense that he clutched his right hand and crouched on the ground, screaming repeatedly.

"Ah! It hurts! What kind of nose is this? Why is it so hard? What are you guys just standing there for? Get him!" The scarred thug barked at the other thugs while clutching his hand.

Hearing this, the other thugs rushed forward, punching and kicking at Wei He.

Wei He just stood there, motionless, letting them beat him. A faint smile appeared on his face. He knew these thugs were no match for him at all. He didn't even need to use his Supernatural Ability; with his current physical conditioning, he could easily kill them.
